When using our website

use of our public website, is sent to General Intelligence’s secure servers. We

legal basis for collecting information from cookies and additional unique IDs

When using our online support system
If you are a user of our software application, you may have been
invited to use our General Intelligence Support system for registering support
issues. We collect personal information about you which we store on our servers
in Singapore. The personal information we collection is your name, the name of
the company where you work and your email address. Our legal basis for
collecting this personal information is that the information is necessary to
collect with respect to a contract we have with a direct customer of General
Intelligence. The direct customer is usually the owner or governing party of
the instance of the General Intelligence software application you use. We
retain such information in the General Intelligence Support as long as the
contract is in effect with our customer.

When joining our emailing list
When you request to receive a newsletter from General
Intelligence, we use AWS (Amazon Web Services) technology to gather personal
data including your name, the name of the company where you work and your email
address. The personal data gathered by AWS is stored on AWS’s servers in
Singapore. We use the information gathered by AWS to learn which areas of our
website you visit so that we can learn more about your specific interests in

When using our software application
When using our software application an user (usually a customer
of General Intelligence who runs a General Intelligence environment) may, via
the General Intelligence Application, collect any of the following information
which is passed on to us for Processing: personal contact information such as
name and date of birth and passwords solely for the purpose of providing access
to the General Intelligence Application; employment details including employer
name, employer business address, employee business telephone or business mobile
number, employee business fax number, employee business email address, job
title and function, contact details of an employer’s or employee business
relationships (which businesses supply materials to a given business, for
example); unique IDs collected from mobile devices, network carriers or data
providers and IP addresses. Our legal basis for processing this information is
in the performance of a contract between General Intelligence and our customer
(the user).
Under the performance of a contract with one of our customers
(who is the user of your personal information in this case), we shall retain
your personal information until we receive instructions from the user that they
no longer have a contractual or legitimate business interest in retaining your

If you wish to access your personal information collected by
General Intelligence via our website, solution paper downloads, newsletter
subscriptions or marketing and sales interaction with us, you can do so at any

processed by General Intelligence under the performance of a contract with one
of our customers and is collected via the General Intelligence Application or
via our Support service, you can do so at any time by contacting the respective
operator of the General Intelligence Application you use. You may also contact

access such information, however we shall firstly forward your request to the
respective operator of the General Intelligence Application you use.
You may request to have your personal information corrected, updated,
or deleted. You may also object to your personal information being processed or
ask for the processing of your personal information to be restricted.
Similarly, you may also request portability of your personal information. In
cases where your personal information has been collected by General
Intelligence via our website, solution paper downloads, newsletter
subscriptions or marketing and sales interaction with us, you can do so at any
time by contacting us, via email, on info@gimind.com.In cases
where your personal information has been processed by General Intelligence
under the performance of a contract with one of our customers and is collected
via the General Intelligence Application or via our Support service, you can
